I am a Coach because of my passion for facilitating growth.  I truly feel that sport is for the athlete. The team vision and culture I help cultivate, are about creating the optimal learning environment. Allowing players to construct knowledge for themselves, provide encouragement and support, and allows athletes to feel empowered.  Each athlete’s development is unique, and the importance of holistic development (physical, cognitive, psychological, and social) cannot be underestimated.
