I focus on creating an environment where my players are able to grow as athletes and people. Empowering players to become the best versions of themselves is rooted in my core values and ensures that both the team and I can collectively maintain high standards for one another. An environment that is grounded in respect and accountability is crucial for growth and development. I emphasize having empathy, passion, and working towards unity in every training session to encourage and challenge each player to grow into well rounded people. I wouldn't set any goals or expectations for my team without striving to meet them myself. My favorite part of being a coach is growing and learning alongside my players.
